I have worked in the construction industry for the past 25 years, in that time I have seen many changes. The quality of work and the integrity of people in the work force has slowly deteriorated and continues to do so. I have watched America as a whole continue this same pattern and it seems to be rapidly getting worse rather than better. In starting this company, I have committed myself to keeping the quality, values, and work ethics this country was built on.
